The Absence

Hello guys - I wanted to apologise for my 'disappearance' for some time. I have had some problems offline which suddenly got worse and just was not coping too well. My father was diagnosed with cancer and I think I just shut down and was pretending everything was ok and yet not being able to communi...

Just want to reassure peeps that I am still doing the DVDs, have done a couple already and just need to batter family out way to get to the recorder. ;-)

Things have not gone as quick as hoped due to some offline events - but didn't want anyone thinking I had forgotten. :D

it is a shame about the contacts as we all know Jason has lovely eyes! I wonder why they made such a change, or they need to give the researcher a bit of a poke? lol. I also agree with above posts that the whole 'truth' may not be known for quite some time. it is recent history after all and one mus...

Even if your DVD player is not Multi-Reg it is worth checking for hacks online. I bought a cheap player (does not record) that was just region 2 but looking on Amazon saw there was a hack to make it multi-reg! worth double-checking at least. Have noted all requests so far! Shall def get them done by...

I have recorded the programme (thank goodness it was repeated at 1am or something) and know a few ladies here wanted copies! If you could pm me your address I shall send them out asap to you. I don't know if these will only play on multi-reg players though if recorded over in the UK though..? Have w...

The Talented Mr Ripley I found very scary - excellent film! Am not a bit Matt Damon fan, but I think that is due more to the films he is usually in. I love things like Dogma and Oceans' 11.

Am itching to see Jason on the big screen again, without wearing the Lucius wig for a change!

But if you don't buy film 6 have you read the book? Just to fill in the blanks between films 5 and 7a + b then! LOL! I've seen all HP movies in theater. And I want to see the next one. I haven't read the 6th book but started reading the Deathly Hallows just to see how the story ends. Actually I'm n...

The British Museum in London has a Japanese manga book in the Oriental section...just a bit of triva for a pub quiz night! ;-) Am a bit confused as to why Fullmetal Alchemist involving resurrecting the dead is a bad thing just because Mary Shelly thought of it back in 1818. I mean, for example, I lo...

Just to fill in the blanks between films 5 and 7a + b then! lol edit: Have to add that Alan Rickman is al...

I used to watch this show early on sunday whilst doing housework - mainly because I had known Jason was voicing in it somewhere...and I have yet to see his character appear! Have not caught it on tv in months but enjoyed the few episodes I did see. very entertaining. am a big anime fan, though relat...

I think the actors will be fine for the final two films in the 'appearance' stakes. Alot of the 6th formers I see where I live do look mature for their age, young adults after all, so if anything it would be weird not to see the characters age as they would in real life - it has been great being abl...
