Re: Official Trailer
I hardly recognised him! I had to watch it twice to catch Jason's first appearance.

Re: The northern lights
No doubt you'll see penguins at the Penguin Post Office where tourists send their postcards with a hand frank from Antarctica.

Re: The northern lights
The Antarctic sounds amazing. You must be looking forward to it. I assume you fly somewhere first, then get the cruise ship?

Re: The northern lights
Lucky you, Thunder. I hope to see them one day - maybe a Norwegian coastal cruise which friends of mine did. They saw the Northern Lights after they were on their way back south, and had thought they would miss them. Occasionally they can be seen in parts of Scotland, but I have never seen them - us...

Re: Reviews
Those co-respondent shoes we saw him wearing in photos released before the film were also mercifully out of shot, as we hardly ever saw his feet.

Re: Projects
The Rain Horse was a short story by Poet Laureate Ted Hughes (written before he was Laureate), and the film is based on it. It's about 12 min long.

Re: Reviews
Glad you had a (mostly) good evening, Thunder. Is Lucas Bravo famous in Norway? I must admit I had never knowingly seen him before, but he is very good looking, and certainly attracted my attention (even though he is far too young for me!) Don't Norwegian cinemas tell you on the big screen to switch...

Re: Reviews
I have just seen this at last! (I tried to see it last week at a different location, and the cinema had gone bust, with stickers from the administrators on its doors, in spite of the website not mentioning this and having film times advertised as normal.) Jason's screen time is sadly very short, at ...

He looks very orange! (Unless the photo colour is inaccurate.)

Re: UK premiere
It's supposed to be in cinemas from 30 Sep - but my nearest one is not showing it. Looks like a trip further afield will be needed.

Re: God Save the Queen
Thanks Marie. It's a strange feeling. Even people who do not support the monarchy as an institution had great respect for the Queen, who was always a hard-working woman with a strong sense of duty to the UK and to the Commonwealth. Two days before her death at the age of 96 she was still working, gr...

Re: Anne Heche - DIG
I remember seeing Char on screen as an extra in one episode of Case Histories. Maybe a couple of other Lost Girls were in that scene too?
RIP Anne Heche.
