Oh dear Hilary, such trials and tribulations. I am sorry to hear that things aren't going as planned. On the plus side, you do get to spend more time over here!
I was greeted by the sight of the Norwegian Twins who apparently wished to procure a puppy and who felt that the best way to decide which breed they'd like most was to peruse each and every MySpace posting which dealt in any way with dogs.
   Methinks they might not be suited to having a canine chum - they don't sound very 'doggy' to me. :-|
So now I'm back in Brighton, parked in the home of DH's hapless brother & famille, with access to a working keyboard!
It could be far, far worse - you could be in Basildon (generally accepted to be a thoroughly unsavoury area).
I am surprised, Bellatrix, how many of the keys are in different locations--
Such as the " and the @ ? When I was in PR, I often 'borrowed' one of my clients' offices and had to content with US keyboards - what a pain! LOL!
and I think it vastly unreasonable that your keyboards boast both a Euro symbol AND dollar sign as well as the pound symbol, neither of which are available on a U.S. keyboard.
And you call yourselves a global nation? Heheh!
Anyway, enough of that shite,
Oohh picked up some local dialect there, have you? LOL!
Bellatrix, I would LOVE to 'talk shop' a bit with you! If I ever get home (and back to my own little dog) I'll have to e-mail!
Eccellente! I look forward to it!
Thong, congratulations on your discernment--and so early developed!
No, don't congratulate her, please....you'll only encourage her! Apart from JI, she has really bad taste in males! I've been trying to convince her for ages that Legolas is really crap! LOL!

Hillary didn't exactly pick up the local dialect - since her wonderful hubby Malcome is a Brit - she earned the local dialect!!!! ;-)

Cheers,
Marie

I thought you'd outgrown trying to be yourself!

You ladies are wonderful! Yesterday my favorite grandchild, who is 30 years old now, came here for an overnite visit. We watched "Dangerous Lady" together, and the Favorite has now fallen for JI too! He has been having run-ins with his live-in guy, and shared a point of argument from the fellow who said, "I thought you'd outgrown trying to be yourself!" which has become a family motto of sorts. But he said I could share it!

Hi guys,

With 'The State Within' on BBC 1 recently have had a more-than-usual Jason fix and was inspired to find somewhere to discuss! Sounds weird but had not surfed around the net for Jason related websites until now, but I hope better late than never. ;-)

Since watching Jason in 'The Patriot' - one of the few (or only) good points in that film for me, I have been hooked though there are many films he has been in I've yet to see.

This forum looks great fun to post in, and look fwd to meeting everyone here!

:D

Or just 'Rose' ;-) ....'I Belong to Me' is a song title as I find many forums have usually used up all ideas involving my name and it kinda stuck as a habbit now.
