Dammit, I missed it!! Well, everyone knows we're a bit behind the times out here in the boondocks. <--needs more snow

S'OK - I sort of missed it too. Had to travel red-eye on a last minute business trip to a customer I didn't really want to go to. And that afternoon - (yes on my Birthday) I had to put my sweet 19+ year old cat Two Speed to sleep. (It was past time - he could not walk any longer and was losing weight fast) would have done it earlier but my husband only got back from Penn. mid-afternoon on Monday and he would have been very upset if he could not say goodbuy and hold Two-Speed as he went over the rainbow bridge. Then had the two flights got to hotel after 1AM up for 8AM meeting check out of hotel that same morning, back on flight late Weds and in bed at 1AM. I'm too old for this!!!!

But thank you guys for the B'Day wishes. Hubby needs to take me out to dinner but honestly I'm too tired today! ZZZzzzzz

Thanks thunder - he was a great cat! I'll miss him. But even now I have a fur baby - Dexter - on my lap. He is licking me - which either means he considers me part of his cat family - or he is trying to show me how to clean up properly!

Oh, Marie. I'm so, so sorry for your loss. As you know, Two-Speed was my favorite. He was a special boy.

Thank you Helen!! Always a tough time but he lived a good life. I've never had a cat make it to that ripe old age! Hopefully one of my other fur kids will beat that age (without the renal failure I hope!) Two-Speed certainly deserved his peace he was a real trouper!!
