I have books i like to read over but my shelf space is getting scarce. I would get a kindle if I could store and save things.
LOL yeah I have no place for my books!

E-books are good because of the convenience and the price (but they ruin your eyesight--I personally don't like reading from the screen for a long time)

Thanks......I love books. I'll have to give this some thought. It sounds pretty good. I'll see if someone around has one I can try. I can buy a lot more books for that price.

Test which one you like the best. I've heard the ipad has a screen like a computer. But color would be a big plus to me.

The Kindle does not have a "backlit" screen so it does not have the same effect on your eyes - it is more like reading a book.

I think with all the ereaders you can make the print bigger.

I bought the smaller Kindle but wish I had bought the larger one. I read so fast that I am constantly hitting the next page button.

I LOVE LOVE iPad iBooks.
Instant availability to DL for new releases. Apple has a great deal going with the publishers/authors.
Backlit screen allows me to read in the dark room when my hubby is watching ballgames and in the bedroom when he is snoozing.
Much easier to bookmark than the Kindle.
Color covers and pictures.

For reading in color, the iPad is the way to go. :))
I think I'll choose an Ipad- an eBook reader that can function as a tablet pc. Awesome! Now I need the money to get one, apple gadgets are expensive.

I looked on Amazon's website, and they have a blog or something that aims to connect Kindle-shower-offers with people who want to see 'em: choose your state here. They don't otherwise have 'em available.
Apple, on the other hand, has lots of stores filled with Mac Messiahs who are dying to have you fondle things (which goes some way to explaining the difference in their pricing structure).

I just finished the book, and I truly hope FOX will reconsider and find a time slot for this. Let the General Public {mostly us ;-)} decide when to put it. *plugplug*

BTW, is there anyone else out there picturing Anna Deveare Smith in the role of Glyndora? (oramiwatchingtoomuchnursejackie)

I just finished the book,
Really? So what did you think?

I haven't finished it yet (because I'm reading too many books at once)

I rather liked the ending! It was not what I expected.

I wonder if there is any chance they'll show the pilot at some time. You know. Just to fill in space.

Maybe! Please!
