Just proves my theory about the stupidity of American TV. The only Fox I watch is an occasional back episode of Bones. The rest are no much good. So perhaps Jason has escaped for better things. I hope so.

I don't know where I read it (???) but Stephen Speilberg has a show picked up for this fall. No pilot, script or cast. Boy it pays to have a name!.

Well . . . just a thought, I've no idea if this is, like, legally possible or whatev, but if Fox 'liberates' Pleading Guilty, could another channel pick it up??
The only example I can think of is SouthLAnd--a series that was dumped by one channel (for low ratings) but rescued by another . . .

dag, it took me so long to get around to posting the forum for it, and to think it might all be for naught . . .

It's a rarity, I agree, but who knows.

Being the eternal pessimist I can't say I'm surprised it wasn't picked up. The more I want something, the less likely it is to manifest. Probably explains why I don't have a man.

Even though I was looking forward to seeing Jason every week I really feel bad for him.
He said how much he enjoyed filming the pilot. I also hate for him to lose out on anything that's good and I think that would have turned out to be good.

Just found out that David Tennant's pilot for ?NBC wasn't picked up either.
So now they are all free for 'RETREAT'.
