New NBC Series

This is a TV series about a police officer after a fatal car crash killed either his son or his wife. He lives in two realities. One where his son survived the accident, and one where his wife survived. He doesn't know which is the real one, and he doesn't want to know. It aired on NBC, and was cancelled after one season.

New NBC Series

It's called Do No Harm about a man who lives two lives. hmmmm. Sounds familiar. Shades of Michael Britten?
His alter ego lives it up and he has to fix it. Jeckyll and Hyde?

Actually, I'm pretty stoked to see at least one of the episodes, because an aquaintance of mine is in one of the Feb episodes , and he's a fabulously nice guy so I'm hoping this leads to good things. (YAY, Peter!!)

But yes, I thought the same thing when I saw the original premise last fall- and then I said a bad, bad word after my thought.

I noticed that sypnosis, too. How can NBC cancel one promising show, and then start another with the similar premise? I still think AWAKE deserved more promos than it received. JASON ROCKED IT!

Well I would have never accused Micheal Britton of being Jeckyll and Hyde. Although the two personality thing sounds familiar - the same could be said for many other TV shows being similar in plot and characters. Besides perhaps NBC did see the good in Awake but felt the premise became self limiting. This plot devise may have more legs - won't know for sure - time will tell.

Okay. So. Like. The character's name is Dr. JASON Cole. And it's on Thursdays at 10:00. Yup! Awake's time slot. Damn!!!

It doesn't sound like something I'll be watching...

I watched the pilot on DVR. Not very good, so don't waste your time.

Oh, rats...I don't want to hear that, Helen, I have to watch the 2/21 (I think that's the date) show for my friend. And I'd like to be at least somewhat positive when I see him afterwards...Really? It was bad?

It's a bit unbelievable. His "disease," if that's what it is. Doesn't seem like there could be a full season of stories. Can't imagine 5 years' worth.
