Well spotted, Red!!
A rampaging id, he takes what he wants, and usually others suffer for it. The bad boy brother that the girls usually go for, Michael is either a nightmare or a dream, depending on which side of the gun you're on.
Damn straight! (Nice big photo too!)

Nice to see him up there with the Big Boys.
Thanks, Red. Although #6's Barnabas Collins -- now there's a WTF moment.

I have to confess that Dark Shadows was the ONLY soap opera I've ever watched - I used to run home from school to watch it - and yes - I had a crush on Barnabas!! I probably would not have picked him in the top ten though.

And Ned from Pushing Daisies. It's so quirky, and I love his aunts. Lily's eye patch is a hoot. (Hmm, must be the new black.)

Yes, running home from school to watch Dark Shadows...

It used to scare the crap out of me (I was a little kid), and most
definitely had a crush on BC!!

In 1968 (woah), I saw him at the Devon Horse Show, outside of Philly...
Devon is a suburb...

My sis still has an old Polaroid pic of him standing there with his
fans...YIKES

It's unanimous: Barnabas Collins was our after-school nibbler. :D

I was too scared to watch Dark Shadows. How lame is that.

Awe Hilary you missed a terrific little show. Of course if you watched it now you would probably split your sides open laughing. But at the time and at my age - it just seemed to be a very engaging show. The right series at the right time. Being that it came on at about 3 or so in the afternoon helped me. I don't think I could have watched it at night (shivers!!)
