I came across this after re-watching DIG on DVD the other day. (I'd started "digging" {no pun intended} for more background info, and found this.)

That's a pretty hefty premium they're paying NOT to be covered. I'd sue, too!

Pretty expensive insurance - I'd bet they are going to wind up settling for some amount in between $0 and $6M. In the mean time the lawyers will get rich.
