IMDb says Jason is going to be in this as Archie:
https://www.imdb.com/title/tt5151570/?r ... flmg_act_2
A new adaptation of Paul Gallico's much-loved novel about a cleaning lady in 1950s London who falls in love with an haute couture dress by Christian Dior and decides to gamble everything for the sake of this folly.
Well, let's see of it happens.

It sounds an interesting project. Lesley Manville is always a class act. Jason sounds like he has a large role in this.

It's hard to get excited about this and
Mrs. Harris Goes to Paris, when release is probably 1½ years off. But . It's something.

It's not the first time that eastern Europe has been a stand-in for parts of western Europe that have changed a lot since the time when a film was set. I believe filming is cheaper there too.

I know that DR Who used Croatia for a stand in for Venice recently to save money.

It's been picked up by Focus Features at the European Film Market. Which means it's more possible that we all get to see it sometime.
Focus Features has acquired the worldwide rights to “Mrs. Harris Goes to Paris,” a period drama starring Lesley Manville and Isabelle Huppert that emerged at this year’s European Film Market.
Anthony Fabian (“Skin,” “Good Hope”) is directing the film that is based on a novella by Paul Gallico. Jason Isaacs, Lambert Wilson, Alba Baptista, Lucas Bravo and Rose Williams also star in the film, which Focus Features will release domestically while Universal Pictures International handles overseas distribution.

Some parts of
DIG were filmed there, too.

I looked this up to see what the story is, and discovered it's based on a novella by Paul Gallico. You can read a summary here.
https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/338 ... s_to_Paris
Jason plays a character called Archie, but I have been unable to find out who Archie is in any of the story summaries.
There was an earlier film of the book starring Angela Lansbury as Mrs Harris - the Lesley Manville part, also starring Omar Sharif. (He did not play Archie, so that's not Jason's part.)
