Char, will you also be adding something for the charitable contribution as in previous years?

Helen, we'll see how much the cost will be first. Not sure if we should make it voluntary donation this year because of the economy.

grannybear...thanks.

If you want me to keep track of the expenses I'd really rather we add $2 to each calendar to cover the cost of Jason & his Moms calendar and one for charity. Then if we get any extra funds it will also be donated to charity. It really gets a bit confusing to keep track of extra amounts donated - this keeps the spreadsheet clean and error free (hopefully!) If folks want to donate over and above to go to charity then that would be great and I'll keep an extra spreadsheet for that. I think we would love to keep the price about what it was last year but that will depend on the cost of the calendar, how many get ordered, and the postage. I know we all love the glossy beautiful calendars that Char has managed to get for us!

Has anyone posted on the FanZone to ask if they might want any calendars?

Thanks for reminding me about covering the cost for those special 3 calendars, Marie.

We have 10 orders from the FanZone counting down to Carole's order.

With things being so slow right now I wonder if we will get to 50...

Kathy B. just ordered 3. #28,29,30

We'll add FanZone count later. But looks like we have 40 now.

Remember Kathy's daughter, Scout? She was at the Dumb Waiter stage door with us one night and Jason was so kind to her. Took a picture with him hugging her. She is engaged! Kathy said her fiance is 6'2" (Scout is a tiny 4'11"). :D :D
