from Season 1 and 2, we were able to ask questions of Blake Masters
on IMDB...he usually answered them....I had asked about the possible
Michael/Eileen scenario, and that one of the kids could be Michaels.
He said that would have been too much like a soap opera.
This was mentioned by Blake during one of the interviews he did
with Henry Bromell...
Grannybear, we truly think alike. I do that with Tom Caffee scenes
all the time. I don't know why

Ummm....I would have liked if 'Brotherhood' had a little bit more lightness to it....maybe a bit more of comic relief.... Life can be daunting enough.... Quite frankly, many of us need a bit of escapism, I think.
I agree Vittoria, that series can be hard to watch at times.
Grannybear, I can perfectly picture Eileen with Michael in my mind, don't know why. They would make a hot couple!

If that were the case my money would be on Mary Rose, she is a little madam that one!

Heather..You're right. Mary Rose seems to be more Michael than Tommy.
Also it would explain why Eileen hated Michael so much. He went and left her in the "family way"

Just briefly I thought there would be an Eileen/Pete match-up when they were both battling addictions, but didn't happen.

Ditto. Too bad FOX didn't even give PG a chance. They should've just asked us.

Final episode last night. Honestly THANK GOD!! Watching it was giving me tension headaches, I had to psych myself up for the final episode. Poor Eddie! When Tommy came in to talk to Michael at the end I was hoping that he was going to kill him.
In the end I think I like how it ended, it leaves it open for another series if someone coughs up the reddies.
It got high praise in todays Mirror, Jim Shelley called it "Hardcore Sopranos" Shelley does a whole review page of the best and worst of the past weeks TV, there is a section where he does little sarcastic/funny quotes like Insult of the week "Katie Price and Alex Reid got married again. I heard it was a fairytale wedding- Like Shrek, but without the glamour" And that was a quote from Alan Carr from his show. Another one was A bit rich? "Why are you making me do this to you" [Michael Caffee as he tortures a man for information he doesn't have by stabbing him in the leg with a screwdriver and cutting off one of his fingers- Brotherhood]
LOL!! I love Shelley Vision.

Just finished watching it for the umpteenth time. Even without out Jason there is something about the show that just captures me. I find something I've missed each time I watch. I think Blake Masters is a terrific writer.
As for the cast, well, using local actors showed how much talent there is outside of Hollywood. Too bad Showtime didn't promote it the way it should have been.
Someone should tell Showtime there is more to life then Dexter.
