Yes some of those excercises feel very hard. Never heard of the wall sit up before.

Well. That looks hard to me. Maintaining balance is very important.

I wonder how many hours of gym work it too him to get that body in Dragonheart. Some of those excercises he mentioned are very difficult.

He does these 8 min work outs. But also plays a lot of tennis.

He was rather scrawny in Dragonheart I thought. Like him with a bit more to him - like he is now.

I am reminded of this about Pete Davidson:
"Alec Baldwin has 'Saturday Night Live' star Pete Davidson to thank for his weight-loss transformation.

On Tuesday’s 'The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon,' Davidson, 27, revealed that he unintentionally inspired the 63-year-old actor to get in shape.

'I was on set and Alec was hosting and it was a sketch where I had to be shirtless. And, you know, I guess I’m a little bit cut or whatever,' Davidson explained. 'So he came up to me and he was like, "What do you do?" And I didn’t want to be rude and say, "I just still have a metabolism. I’m not in my mid-50s." So to make him feel better, I said, Oh man, I do 100 pushups and 100 sit-ups every day.’”

Oh man - but so true about the metabolism!!!

SO, SO TRUE!!!!

When DH and I returned from our cruise, he showed a gain of 4 lb., I gained 8 lb.! We walked everywhere together, he ate more than I did, and some days he had 4 meals to my 3 meals! :rave So unfair. And, and, and, he'll lose the weight gain in a ridiculously short amount time.

Don’t feel bad Helen - I gained 9 lbs. The food is so stinking good on the ships and the gelato bar was my downfall!!!

Oh, man. The Gelato Bar.

For dessert, I had 2 scoops of chocolate gelato for lunch and dinner every day for 12 days. Luckily, I only gained 8 lb.

I tried a variety of gelatos and sherberts. One of my favorites was the green tea gelato. I did also have the chocolate ….. with the chocolate syrup. 🫢
