Re: still waiting, impatiently

My youtube friends are all sending me little parts, scenes of Jason at his very best, and I do not have any hope of getting this video! Please, please give me hope!
I'm sure its not coming to the theaters in your state has nothing to do with the number of anti-Semites in it. It seems to have had a very very very limited release in the first place.
Heck, it barely was in the theaters in my entirely-Semitic country. Came & went, whoosh. Despite Mr. Isaacs showing up here to promote it as well. Heck, his mama lives here. You'd think she could at least guilt some theaters into showing it, wouldn't ya'? LOL
I think it's all the company backing it, and how much they're willing to spend to promote it and push for a wider release. But then again, I know nuthin' 'bout that kind of stuff.
Just waiting for the DVD ...
Sigh.
I'm with you on that one, a.p.k. It had a small(ish) budget to begin with. There wasn't much left over for promotion and marketing.
The fact it ever got made in the first place is astonishing, and those who got involved did so because they felt it had something important to say.
Quality over financial returns seemed to be the motivating factor here.
