****out of 5Spilling out of the Blackhawks is Jason Isaacs, chewing scenery and spitting bullets, and proving, as always, that a film with him in is always better than one without.

The film uses history much in the same way other historical fiction films do – distorting it, personalizing it, and using Jason Isaacs as a villain.
