I noticed that. Do you think Michael will get suspicious of his Captain after this?

I think I'd rather see penguins than hear strange messages. ;-)

Marie: what's the difference between seeing penguins and hearing verbal cues? they're both senses to our brains, informing our brains of stuff and can be equally scary, or funny or informative-just saying. Seeing penguins, or hearing Supercalifragalististicexpielidocious (sp?) as my ring tone are equally fun to me (and embarrassing to my kids), but I too love penguins, and the song is one that reminds me of how fast you have to do chest compressions when you do CPR (Im a RN), it's all in your POV. Admittedly, I'm a bit of kilter, but when it helps save a life, what do I care what tune goes through my head? Of course, this is my actual reality, and I'm not dreaming it, and I'm positive of this fact, so I have 1 step ahead of Michael Britten. But I enjoy that he thinks "sideways" I think it's good when people have that ability, maybe not always, but having the ability is always a good thing in my book. To date. it is by far the best episode, they just get better and better. ln

Well...at least it wasn't the chicken burrito talking to him- that would have been exceptionally disturbing.

marilaine - I hope so! He needs to start protecting himself. (More so than he has been during his visits to the docs.)

We were told to use Staying Alive by the BeeGees as a good song for the CPR chest compressions! Hey whatever works!! :D

I guess since I like penguins a whole lot better than burritos (no not to eat.....) I'm just saying I think for me a visual halucination would be less disturbing (although only slightly) than an audible one! At least with the penguin he knew he was halucinating - with the verbal message - he obviously was thinking the poor taco guy spoke to him about Portland!

Marie makes a good point about visual vs. audio halliucinations.

Consider "A Beautiful Mind"... he already saw Dr. Lee, so he has had audio and visual hallucinations.. I'm wondering if this is a fight club situation. Is he hallucinating due to lack of sleep? I'm not really one to try and guess this show. I dont think anyone will be able to guess whats going on. I dont think Jason would pick something so simple.

The Coroner was pretty funny. It reminds me of when I ask engineers a simple question and they try to explain to me the science behind something ..... guys - guys - I just asked if it works - not how to build it!!!! LOL

I loved what Michael says to the "forensics" guy at the construction site, when he goes into great detail how he "freed" the victim.
Michael: I'll read it in your book. :lol :lol :lol :lol :lol

Well, DH put one over on me. Before I sat down to watch Awake, he was a busy boy.

I had to play back the first few minutes of the show because I was laughing over the dialogue.
