Lot's of facial hair going on in that clip. Maybe giving Jason a moustache would have been too much.
Opening credits identify the setting as 1986. I don't remember facial hair being NEARLY that prevalent... but maybe in Colombia it was? I had a pair of heinous 80s glasses (they had to be huge to be seen in the ubiquitous Massive Mullet Mess o' Hair) that I was wearing when I went to meet my aunt, an optometrist attending a professional conference. She kept introducing me to colleagues, who would start to shake my hand and say, "It's nice to--what the hell's wrong with your glasses??"
Apparently they needed adjusting...of some sort.
Anway! I hope JI's role in this is more substantial than his similar appearance in the trailer for
Windtalkers, a brief stint as Basil Exposition.

Glasses in the 80"s were huge, re: Elton John.

Nah - I'll go see Ghost Busters.
The Infiltrator will need to wait until I can get it on DVD - Jason has such a small a small part in it.
But I'd love to hear from someone who does go see it!!!

Nobody seen it yet?
User Reviews on IMDb are relatively good, although saying JI's time in the movie is too short.
Not a big moneymaker, but at least may end up slightly above 10M$, which is not bad...
Hasn't opened here in Portugal yet, waiting, waiting...

The reviews always say Jason's time on screen is too short!
Hope someone sees it soon. But I'm going to see Star Trek (Bad Fan ... Bad Fan!)

Saw Absolutely Fabulous this weekend with hubby. They're still up to those great antics. Great to see almost all the main and secondary cast members. Laughed out loud a lot!
Sorry, Jason. I, too, will wait for the DVD.

Thanks for that, Helen--DH was able to muster some enthusiasm for AbFab as well (unusual these days
) so I am hopeful about getting to that one.

They were ridiculously funny then; they're still crazy now.

Review:
"Jason Isaacs and Olympia Dukakis (literally blink and you’ll miss them)"
Well. I'm glad I didn't buy a movie ticket for that. Now, I'm thinking I won't spring for the DVD either. Drat!

I haven't heard anything about it in Norway yet... not sure it's ever coming. It sounds a bit interesting, though... so maybe I'll see it if it comes here even of JI isn't in it much.

I'm watching the movie (don't ask how
). It's probably out now on DVD.
It's a drugs cartel infiltration thing. Bryan Cranston is good. JI has appeared twice in 30 min saying almost nothing.
So far it's an interesting movie, somewhat masculine, but worth watching at least
. Preferably buy it cheap. It won't ruin your movie collection.
