Event Horizon!

The projects that don't have their own subforums, because they are older than The Lost Girls, but still deserve a special place on the board..

Was a Directors cut ever released?. I thought it felt short when I noticed that it was only 90 mins long but reading about the production they must have a lot of extra footage. I also noticed that the Fruitbat's images are no longer on the forum. How gory were they?. You sort of had a long shot of the remains after DJ's murder which was horrible. Not sure if I could stomach seeing that up close.

Watched the extras today. Am I correcet that Jason did the interviews in or around 2005 so that is 8 years after the film and he must have been proud of the project to give his time for the interviews.

Loved the story about 'Florence' :cherub and how he wanted the prosthetic body of himself; wonder what he wanted it for and where he would put it. Also the story about him having to dangle sounded uncomfortable.

Interesting that he worked with Joely before The Patriot and did not know h know Sean Pertwee since they were both about 18 years old. Never knew Paul W.S. Anderson was a local lad from Wallsend and that he is married to Mila Jovovich.

I really enjoyed all the behind the scenes stuff.

I found a link online of Jason in this movie but I am unable to post as I am unsure of a couple of issues. Can A Mod message me to clarify.

I had a couple of questions that were kindly answered so here is the link to the photograph. I was unsure of posting as it was a new site name to me. Hopefully all resolved. Never heard of the Haps Angel site but here it is.

I think it's in the footage that they find from the previous crew of Event Horizon, but it's probably edited it a lot.

I think that is probably true thunder. I remember when I saw that movie that was my limit or I would have passed out. :lol

I love gore and blood. The more twisted the better.
But I was raised on Hannibal Lecter 😄🙈🙈🙈🙈
